Layer Eight Communications (L8C) is situated in Foxborough, Massachusetts, and focuses on clients throughout New England. We focus on processes to ensure consistent results, and have methods for testing every step of the way to ensure ideas meet fruition well.

L8C will arrive at your office to troubleshoot, train, and design solutions. We also offer WebEx meetings if helping you remotely is the answer. We take pride in our flexibility to meet all of our clients' needs.

What does Layer Eight stand for?

In networking, the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) model is way of sub-dividing a communications system into smaller parts, called layers. Starting with layer one, the physical layer, something something application layer. Layer Eight is what we refer to as the human layer.

We have been providing our community with technical and non-technical solutions, including streamlining business processes, introducing better security practices and disaster prevention, organizing workflows, and preparing businesses for change as they grow.

Our prices are competitve, and we write comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) before all engagements to ensure both parties know what services are being rendered.
